For a QUATER CENTURY I have helped hundreds of people make the dream of home ownership a rea;ity. Buying or selling a home is not an easy thing to do. It can be a mind-boggling experience, which I know, I understand and I take very seriously. 
 
 
When I meet people who are interested in making a move, many things take place. Deciding on a price, locating the right home, navigating the escrow process and being sure everything happens when it is scheduled. Eventually money will exchange hands and a property will be sold. But what people are really buying is a dream. When escrow closes I get to hand you the keys to your dream.


Just like you, I work for a living. Although it is true I get paid when the sale closes, what motivates me is being able to facilitate the dreams of people who might not otherwise have gotten the results they want without my expertise. Greg has lived on the Peninsula (Redwood City, San Carlos, Belmont, San Mateo, San Bruno) since 1978. Technical Skills

Greg has taken hundreds of hours of real estate and real estate related classes. In addition to the 45 hours of Department of Real Estate courses needed every four years (1988, 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004 and 2008) to renew a real estate license, Greg continually takes classes to increase his knowledge and sharpen his skills.
